The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service or a similar domain, exhibit excellent multitasking capabilities, and show remarkable follow-up skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of direct customer service experience
  • Reliable and professional demeanor with strong ethical standards
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to innovate and execute solutions promptly
  • Open to coaching, with a positive outlook and eagerness to learn

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and develop networks
  • Build and maintain a network to identify new clients
  • Engage directly with customers to understand and meet market demands
  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives
  • Demonstrate product features and advantages to secure new accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly
  • Manage accounts effectively
  • Maintain communication with existing clients, offer improvements, and follow up on referrals
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor daily activities, orders, sales, and team/territory performance.


Individuals with backgrounds in customer service, consulting, communication, teamwork, leadership, marketing, account management, or related areas are likely to excel in this position.
