KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under direct supervision, you will perform a variety of general clerical, administrative, and support functions. Your duties will include maintaining electronic records, conducting research to prepare reports and documentation, and processing data and records. You will also operate standard office equipment and assist with various administrative tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED AND completion of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) at an accredited college or university
OR
One year of experience in a customer service environment
OR
One year of experience at the lower level Customer Service Representative 1 or equivalent position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in billing and fee collections in a clinical setting, two or more years of front office registration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility and the ability to commute between health centers as needed are essential.
