Bennett Thrasher is seeking a Client Service Specialist. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the team and support client-facing responsibilities. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and team-oriented individual to ensure seamless operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Engagement, Document, Portal Server, CPAS, and telephone systems.
- Understanding of the firm's business and service offerings.
- Familiarity with office and firm services.
- Knowledge of technology that supports daily operations, including copy machines, fax machines, scanners, and supplies.
- Assist shareholders and managers with administrative tasks, including client onboarding, preparation of Power of Attorney forms, retrieving information from IRS accounts, maintaining Film Tax Credit records, and managing client documents.
- Support daily operations of the firm and service line, including ordering supplies, mailings, filing, errands, catering, event planning, and receptionist duties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships across the firm.
- Contribute to and support innovative ideas for internal processes.
- Receive and provide feedback to minimize errors and apply new concepts.
- Maintain open communication with management regarding project progress.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities.
- Utilize computer applications and relevant technology effectively.
- Record time daily.
- Engage in firm events.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through reading and studying.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Proven skills in time management, organization, and prioritization.
