Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a specified market base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be solution-driven, and have a strong understanding of customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and support customers' orders and inquiries related to their dedicated market.
  • Provide courteous, timely, and effective customer service through various communication channels.
  • Inform customers of the status of their orders, advising them of any changes.
  • Comply with company attendance standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Create cases in NetSuite for customer issue resolution and product design.
  • Basic understanding of processing EDI orders.
  • Work with customers to create return authorizations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • Comfortable user of Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willing to be adaptable & flexible in our ever-changing work environment.
