Position Overview

The role of a Technical Client Support Consultant is vital in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients and internal teams. Your proficiency with Precision core AIX servers and related systems will be essential in troubleshooting client challenges and enhancing their experience. This position is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, making it a fulfilling opportunity for those who excel in service-oriented roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries, issues, and escalations independently with minimal oversight.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all support interactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing guidance on AIX core processors, applications, and peripherals to achieve their business goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex inquiries and challenges.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, updating them on issue resolution and project progress.
  • Build and nurture relationships with major banking clients to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Execute system administration tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Precision core AIX servers and associated technologies.
  • Understanding of the banking or financial services landscape.
