Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Business Service Officer II (Supervisory), the Office Services Supervisor (OSS) III is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Records Imaging Services (RIS) team, which includes performing a wide variety of specialized functions in the Operational Resources Unit (ORU).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the RIS team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in a government agency or public sector organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
