Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the hiring process from candidate sourcing to job offer.
  • Post job openings across various platforms, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Facilitate our internal hiring procedures.
  • Evaluate resumes against essential qualifications.
  • Conduct relevant pre-hire assessments.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
  • Monitor the status of the interview process.
  • Stay informed about the company's organizational structure, personnel policies, and relevant employment laws.
  • Act as a liaison with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Engage with potential candidates and cultivate relationships for future opportunities.
  • Prepare and send job offer letters while negotiating terms.
  • Participate in job fairs and promote our company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in insurance recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS.
  • Experience in utilizing social media for job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple open positions.
