1. Conduct routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized devices.
2. Provide support within a Windows operating environment.
3. Demonstrate proficiency with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
4. Assist in mobile device management (MDM) from the user perspective.
5. Support audio and video equipment in office settings and conference rooms.
6. Offer assistance with mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
7. Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues.
8. Address and resolve technical issues via desk-side support, phone, and email communications.
9. Maintain clear and timely communication regarding the status of issue resolutions.
10. Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including password resets and account unlocks.
