Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for our client, a leading company in the industry. This strategic position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, while expanding the client's offerings within assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage sales pipelines and craft compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and position the client's products and services as solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide actionable insights to enhance the client's market position.
- Mentor and support Field Sales Representatives to aid in their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution-based sales within a relevant industry, with a proven track record of closing deals at various management levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing strategic plans.
