As a Medical Professional, you will perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. You will also document patient care given, monitor and record patient condition, and assist patients with activities of daily living.
Collaboration is key in our team-based approach to patient care. You will work with other disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. You will also evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and PALS/ENPC must be obtained within six months from hire or transfer into position. Newly graduated RNs are under the same requirements.
Licenses
A current NM RN license or appropriate RN compact licensure is required.
