Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care provided to assigned clients
- Participate in all Agency performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience, including one (1) year in home care or a closely related field
- Current CPR certification
