Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with the care team, physicians, and patients.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address spiritual and psychosocial needs.
- Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education to promote health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Current NM RN license or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC certifications within 6 months of hire.
