Job Title: Executive Culinary Manager

Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-volume meal preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement efficient batch cooking processes.
  • Oversee staff management and coordinate meal prep and delivery services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume kitchens.
  • Familiarity with special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, low-sodium).
