$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


Responsibilities
  • Create innovative menus that cater to seasonal flavors and customer preferences.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Mentor and guide kitchen staff to optimize their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a chef or cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Certification from a reputable culinary school is preferred but not mandatory.
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills.
