Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Marquee Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and register guests, obtain pertinent information, and assign rooms while providing superior service.
  • Reservation Management: Take reservations from incoming callers, input information into the hotel management system, and update/cancel reservations as requested.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, develop alternative solutions, and use reason at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Hospitality and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures used by the company regarding guest service.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
