About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to take on the challenge of leading math workshops and developing essential skills as Math Literacy Facilitators.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of facilitators and college students to design, implement, and evaluate math literacy programs.

The salary for this position is $10/hour, paid bi-weekly, reflecting the importance of your contribution to the organization.

As a facilitator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading math workshops at assigned middle schools for 90 minutes per week, plus setup and debriefing time.
  • Developing and refining lesson plans in collaboration with teammates.
  • Participating in professional development activities to enhance facilitation skills.
