Wireless Communications Specialist

- Design and develop novel wireless communication technologies to enhance system performance and robustness.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to work on various projects, including the design, development, modeling, simulation, implementation, and evaluation of communication signals for transmission and optimal reception.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree, plus 3 years of experience, or a Ph.D.
- Proven experience with programming and prototyping Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
- Strong knowledge of signal processing concepts for communications, detection & estimation theory.
- Background in RF Communications, including modulation schemes, coding, and channel modeling.
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools like MATLAB and experience with Python.
- Lab testing experience and the ability to work on fast-paced projects, conducting quick-turn experiments and rapid prototyping.
- Background in wireless technologies, such as 5G, LTE-M, or mmWave.
