About the Role:
  • Lead the classroom and provide guidance to teaching assistants
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintain open communication with parents and staff to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements:
  • EEC Lead teacher certification
  • 12 total Early Childhood Education ECE Credits
  • 3 college credits in Child Growth and Development
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
