We're looking for a talented AI Software Developer to join our team at Harvard University. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and improving the education experience through artificial intelligence.

In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to operationalize machine learning models in production and manage the lifecycle of AI algorithms on various domains. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and deploy novel approaches to optimize existing machine learning systems, maximizing their business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into our products.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to create and deploy new product features online and in mobile apps.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
