Job Summary

The County of Chester is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including receptionist duties, data entry, and filing.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills required.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
