Business Development Lead

As a Business Development Manager at Ghost, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our company. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in Business development and/or outside sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the wholesale market and its trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
- A competitive base salary range of $65,000-$100,000+ per year, including a bonus or commission structure.
