Administrative Coordinator

Founders Legal | Bekiares Eliezer LLP, a dynamic and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to provide top-level support to our Chair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless daily operations by providing administrative support to the Chair.
- Oversee internal team operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in executing growth and expansion campaigns to propel the firm's mission and vision forward.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and execute on the Chair's projects, tasks, and calendar, ensuring important initiatives are executed on time.
- Collaborate closely with other teams across the firm's various offices, ensuring synergy in all processes.
- Track and regularly update software to organize team tasks, projects, and campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Support Attorney-Networking Events and Recruitment Campaigns.
Qualifications:
- College degree from an accredited institution.
- A few years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a legal or corporate setting.
- Proficient in software tools for task and project organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across our various office locations.
- Tech-savvy and research skills.
