This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business environment that is very competitive and quota-driven. As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will work closely with our Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the Broker channel and other referral sources, attending trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Paylocity services, and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quota for your territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales experience are preferred. This position offers a base salary of $60,000 - $95,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn a variable commission and annual bonus based on individual performance.
