Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of quality assurance processes through meticulous record-keeping, data analysis, and quality metrics management. This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Quality Assurance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry of serial numbers and manage transactions related to buses sold, in-transit, and delivered, facilitating invoice generation for the Finance team.
2. Collaborate with the Finance department to coordinate milestone payments effectively.
3. Prepare bus packets for delivery, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and ready for drivers.
4. Support the maintenance of inspection data and quality metrics, contributing to overall quality objectives.
5. Assist in the creation, posting, and distribution of production and quality performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
6. Maintain the production scrap report to support cell team metric meetings.
7. Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Office applications to provide comprehensive administrative support and generate metrics as requested by QA leadership.
8. Conduct filing and file maintenance, including general typing and formatting of reports and QA documents.
9. Organize, archive, and retrieve production books and quality assurance documents in compliance with company standards.
10. Conduct research on past quality data to assist in investigating current or incoming issues.
11. Support the company-wide 5S program by conducting audits within the plant.
12. Plan and lead internal validation audits, ensuring all supporting documents are organized and auditors are committed.
13. Review breakdown invoices and recommend payment approvals as necessary.
14. Maintain and update Quality Standards and Quality Alerts.
15. Manage vacation and training schedules, order office supplies, and process purchase orders for the QA department.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in office administration or clerical work.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI), SharePoint, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
