Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective management of records and data analysis to meet quality objectives. This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Quality Assurance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct data entry for serial numbers and manage transactions for buses sold, in-transit, and delivered to facilitate invoicing for the Finance team.
2. Collaborate with the Finance department to coordinate milestone payments.
3. Prepare bus packets for delivery, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for drivers.
4. Support the maintenance of inspection data and quality metrics within the organization.
5. Assist in the creation, posting, and distribution of various production and quality performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
6. Maintain production scrap reports to support cell team metric meetings.
7. Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Office applications to provide administrative support and generate metrics as required by QA leadership.
8. Perform filing, document formatting, and general typing of QA reports and documents.
9. Organize, archive, and retrieve production books and quality assurance documents in compliance with established standards.
10. Conduct research on past quality data to assist in the investigation of current issues.
11. Support the company-wide 5S program by conducting audits in the plant.
12. Plan and lead internal validation audits, ensuring all supporting documents are organized and prepared.
13. Review breakdown invoices and recommend payment approvals as necessary.
14. Maintain and update Quality Standards and Quality Alerts.
15. Manage vacation and training schedules, order office supplies, and process purchase orders for the QA department.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in office administration or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI), SharePoint, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capable of walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
