Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for maintaining essential records that support the efficient functioning of the Quality Assurance Department. This role involves data analysis and monitoring quality metrics to ensure compliance with quality objectives while providing administrative and clerical assistance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct data entry for serial numbers and manage transactions for buses sold, in-transit, and delivered to facilitate invoice generation for the Finance team.
2. Collaborate with the Finance department to coordinate milestone payments.
3. Prepare bus packets for delivery, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for drivers.
4. Support the upkeep of inspection data and quality metrics, contributing to the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.
5. Maintain production scrap reports to assist with cell team metric meetings.
6. Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Office applications to provide administrative support and develop metrics as requested by QA leadership.
7. Manage filing and maintenance of QA documents, ensuring organization and compliance with retention standards.
8. Conduct research on historical quality data to assist in resolving current or incoming issues.
9. Support the company-wide 5S program by performing audits within the plant.
10. Plan and lead internal validation audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation.
11. Review invoices related to breakdowns and recommend approvals for payment as needed.
12. Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Standards and Quality Alerts.
13. Manage vacation and training schedules, order office supplies, and process purchase orders for the QA department.
14. Serve as the point of contact for initial breakdown calls and assist in coordinating repairs and updates.
15. Provide administrative support for travel arrangements within the QA department, including scheduling flights, hotels, and car reservations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in office administration or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capable of walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
