GRS Community Management, a leading community association management company in Florida, is seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant for one of our onsite associations in Boca Raton/Delray Beach area.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for multiple communities, working closely with the Association manager to ensure accurate information in our system.

This role involves handling resident issues, complaints with a calm and professional attitude, and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include processing work orders, violation letters, and ARB requests, preparing monthly board meetings, and maintaining a high level of organizational skills.

Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of strong administrative experience, proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Word, and the ability to scan, print, and convert documents to PDF format.
