As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong book of business through sales and customer service
  • Providing personalized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

**Requirements:**

  • Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required
  • Goal-Oriented and driven to succeed
