About the Role

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, consistently delivering results and driving business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
