Fashionable Food Service Sales Leadership Opportunity
   We're searching for a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in managing distributors and increasing sales revenue to join our distinguished organization. Working as a remote opportunity in the Greater Minneapolis, MN or Salt Lake City, UT area, this position requires an innovative thinker who can develop and implement winning sales strategies and grow the bottom line.

   Key Objectives and Expectations
   - Collaborate with distributors to devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies that increase revenue and profitability
   - Nurture long-lasting relationships with distributors, address disputes, and promote successful product launches
   - Coordinate and facilitate ongoing sales meetings, provide effective DSR training, and ensure seamless operations within local and national distribution networks
   - Utilize superior negotiation, persuasion, and analytical techniques to secure large orders and solidify customer loyalty

   Qualifications and Requirements
   - Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, with proven success in distributor management
   - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, culinary arts, food service management, or a related field
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with expert negotiation and project management capabilities
   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

   Remuneration Package
   - Annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000
