Overview:

RadGov Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee critical projects within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to lead complex initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage high-priority projects that are vital to the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Provide oversight and facilitate the planning, organization, and prioritization of multiple project efforts.
  • Conduct regular reviews with project stakeholders and report progress and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to project timelines and service commitments.
  • Assist in identifying training needs specific to project requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze project management metrics to evaluate performance and outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project management plans.
  • Refine project plans to define key tasks and milestones based on available resources and budget.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across various teams.
  • Facilitate communication among team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Risk and Change Management:

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure all changes to project scope are documented and communicated to stakeholders.

Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors to address project needs.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a public sector environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
