Job Overview:

My3Tech is in search of a project coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of project management experience to oversee the optimization of our Oracle lower environments, enhance our refresh strategy, and manage the implementation phases of our projects.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  1. Creating and executing a comprehensive project plan aimed at decommissioning our intricate EBS, RMS, and legacy systems from our testing and training environments. This includes Development, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and training phases.
  2. Ensuring that the project plan is meticulously designed to avoid any disruptions to ongoing timelines and the requirements for supporting projects.
  3. Coordinating and executing a refresh for our new testing environments to facilitate the transition of our Oracle Store Inventory Management and Oracle Point of Service systems to a cloud-based solution. The ideal candidate will work to streamline the existing refresh plan, reducing the execution time significantly.
  4. Leading the implementation of Oracle Merchandise Financial Planning and Enterprise Planning systems, as well as the Oracle Store Inventory and Operations Cloud Service.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience with Oracle or SAP projects.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Store Inventory Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Point of Service.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning.
  • Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning.
  • Understanding of Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services.
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore Office.
