Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and administer projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Contract Management: Review and manage contract data in the portal, ensuring accuracy and approval.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Banners owners to validate and confirm contract information before sending it to other teams for execution.
  • Data Management: Track and manage data to run proof of performance metrics, assess marketing program performance, and process financial commitments from manufacturers.
  • Financial Processing: Process financial data, taking information from other sources and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
  • UPC Code Processing: Responsible for processing UPC codes and tracking data sources, verifying data, and tracking down correct data.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
  • Personality: Highly-engaged, strong, positive, and personable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Comm, or a related field.
