Location: Harrisburg PA / Mostly Remote - Hybrid (2 or 3 days per month onsite)

Role Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be tasked with the following:

  1. Formulating and implementing a comprehensive project strategy to retire complex systems including EBS, RMS, the legacy LOOP portal, and RDW from outdated testing and training environments.
  2. Ensuring that the project plan aligns with the R4 timeline while maintaining the necessary SIM and POS environments for ongoing projects.
  3. Overseeing the refresh of new testing environments to facilitate the R4 transition to cloud-based Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM) and Oracle Point of Service (ORPOS).
  4. Optimizing the documented refresh plan to reduce execution time from 7 weeks to a target of 2 to 2.5 weeks.
  5. Leading the implementation of Oracle Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Enterprise Planning (EPM) for R3, along with the R4 deployment of Oracle Store Inventory and Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS), XOffice, and XStore.
  6. Managing updates to the custom Associate Portal (AP) as part of the R4 initiative.
Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 8 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience with Oracle or SAP projects.
  • Expertise in Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Point of Service (ORPOS).
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Planning.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services (SIOCS).
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore Office.

This role is essential for ensuring the successful transition and implementation of key projects within the organization.
