Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the Process Industries sector
  • Partner with project management and client managers to coordinate business development efforts and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Work with the marketing department to develop and design marketing materials that support sales efforts
  • Identify and develop relationships with key clients, associations, and business networks to drive new business opportunities
  • Assist legal and accounting teams with contract evaluation, profitability assessment, and risk management
  • Communicate the company vision and values to internal and external stakeholders, generating enthusiasm and commitment among team members


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering required, with a preference for Chemical Engineering
  • PMP and/or PE license preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive sales or business development experience in the petrochemical, energy, or heavy industrial sector required
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
