Job Title: Stock Plan Analyst

As a Stock Plan Analyst, you will be responsible for administering Sunrun's equity plans, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. About the Role

This position involves managing the administration and reporting of various equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based restricted stock units. You will also work closely with the business technology team to automate reporting between the equity administration system and payroll and human capital management systems. Additionally, you will promote cost-effective operations and best-in-class online experiences for Sunrun equity holders by collaborating with our external stock plan administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the processing and control of online transactions, including issuance of grant agreements, option exercises, and cancellations of options and RSUs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Collaborate with the business technology team to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  4. Provide regular education sessions to employees on ESPP and other employee stock benefits.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an equity administration role, preferably at a publicly-traded company.
  • Broad experience with different equity award forms, such as RSU, PSU, stock options, and ESPP.
  • Familiarity with concepts and issues related to the administration of equity programs, including tax matters.
