  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of loan origination processes and protocols
  • Basic knowledge of loan underwriting criteria
  • Capability to set up and operate both Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP)
  • Familiarity with loan milestones from application through to closing
  • Experience in managing a loan pipeline
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
  • NMLS licensing is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with loan officers to streamline the submission, processing, and closing of residential mortgage applications
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation before submission
  • Communicate key milestones to all parties involved in the transaction, including attorneys, real estate agents, loan officers, and clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and providing timely updates
  • Manage documentation by collecting and following up on necessary documents throughout the loan process. Post-closing, ensure that all documentation is retained in compliance with applicable regulations.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
