At East West Bank, we are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in reviewing loan applications, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with loan conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process loan applications for portfolio and Fannie Mae mortgage loans, including opening escrow, ordering title reports, and requesting necessary information.
  • Utilize knowledge of title conditions to work with Mortgage Loan Officers, escrow/title, and customers to resolve pending conditions and stipulations.
  • Obtain and review documents for compliance with loan conditions, coordinating with buyers, sellers, title companies, escrow agents, and real estate agents as needed.
  • Maintain system accuracy, issue proper disclosures as required by federal regulatory compliance, and review rate lock and loan points for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
  • At least 2-3 years of computer experience, preferably with Encompass automated origination system.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage difficult conversations to a successful outcome and positive customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
