Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Leader in hiring, training, and developing a talented team of car wash professionals.
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately, with basic math skills.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary: $19.50 per hour
