Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining facilities. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
  • Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
