We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Volvo of San Antonio. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for generating client-acquisition activities, performing effective communication with current and prospective clients, and managing individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources.
- Perform daily, effective communication with current clients and prospective clients.
- Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Achieve established goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
- Professionally demonstrate products, technology, and services.
- Attend required training and education opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associate with respect.
- Portray an enthusiastic presence and have the ability to smile constantly while with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with fellow associates.
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Have a passion for people and a love for learning about and connecting with them.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. We train people from all levels and backgrounds.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and practices.
- Performance-driven and results-oriented mentality.
- Enjoy a team environment with continuous improvement and self-education.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Valid US driver's license, and clean driving record.
- Able to clear a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
