Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Volvo of San Antonio. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for generating client-acquisition activities, performing effective communication with current and prospective clients, and managing individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources.
  • Perform daily, effective communication with current clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve established goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Professionally demonstrate products, technology, and services.
  • Attend required training and education opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associate with respect.
  • Portray an enthusiastic presence and have the ability to smile constantly while with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with fellow associates.
Requirements
  • Have a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Have a passion for people and a love for learning about and connecting with them.
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. We train people from all levels and backgrounds.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and practices.
  • Performance-driven and results-oriented mentality.
  • Enjoy a team environment with continuous improvement and self-education.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Valid US driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Able to clear a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
