Job Summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Sales Representative to join our team. As a Home Health Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote our homecare services.
  • Prepare and present business plans and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales or business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel within a designated territory and attend sales meetings as required.
