Position Overview:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the store's daily operations, focusing on customer interaction, store management, and merchandising excellence. - Welcomes each customer warmly.
- Engages customers on the sales floor through open-ended inquiries.
- Assists customers in fitting rooms.

Store Operations and Safety:
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Responds promptly to any customer or associate injuries, reporting them to management.
Visual Presentation:
- Implements visual merchandising standards as directed.

Qualifications:

- Capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Proficient in using office equipment and technology (computers, phones, etc.).
- Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Involves bending, reaching, and climbing as necessary for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
