  • Generate client-acquisition activities from various sources.
  • Maintain effective communication with current and prospective clients daily.
  • Manage individual sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve established goals and objectives monthly.
  • Professionally demonstrate products, technology, and services.
  • Attend required training and educational opportunities regularly.
  • Conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associates with respect.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic presence and consistently smile while interacting with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with fellow associates.
Qualifications of the Automotive Sales Consultant:
  • Automotive sales experience is advantageous but NOT mandatory. We train individuals from all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills and practices.
  • Performance-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and self-education.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
