You will lead a talented group of sales professionals who excel in a collaborative environment to surpass sales goals, nurture team development, and collectively provide exciting mobility and TV products to our clientele. The Store Leader is accountable for the store's profitability, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the supervision and coaching of all sales staff. Alliance Mobile encourages leaders to engage with the communities they serve, understanding the unique needs of their customers. The successful Store Leader will adhere to a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, and will adapt swiftly to the dynamic nature of the wireless sector. Primary Duties:
  • Optimize profitability across all business dimensions
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and make disciplinary decisions for store personnel
  • Fulfill training requirements with each staff member weekly
  • Oversee store operations
  • Develop and manage store scheduling
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
  • Support the team and assist with customer transactions
  • Engage in role-playing exercises with staff to exemplify best practices
  • Collaborate with trainers to facilitate New Hire Training and onboarding
  • Adhere to corporate policies regarding deposits, communication, etc.
  • Uphold the integrity of the company and expect the same from all staff members
  • Work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week
  • Communicate effectively with the corporate office team
  • Lift up to 25 pounds when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Management
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Proficient in customer management
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer, wireless devices, copier, and fax machine
