We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about assisting others and driven to achieve success to join our enrollment team. Neighborhood PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) offers a wide range of medical and social services to frail, community-dwelling individuals aged 55 and older, many of whom qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
The Enrollment Sales Specialist will engage directly with potential participants to ensure they fully understand the program's benefits, address any concerns, and meet their needs, leading to a successful and timely enrollment process. Successful Enrollment Sales Specialists demonstrate exceptional listening abilities and employ a needs-based selling strategy by providing tailored solutions that align with each individual's circumstances. If you possess the skills we seek and wish to contribute to our expanding program, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, sales, marketing, or public relations (relevant experience may be considered for the right candidate).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role involving sales, marketing, or similar activities within a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Experience working with the older adult population (aged 55 and above) is preferred.
