  • Inform customers about potential cost savings and warranty options.
  • Guide customers in making informed decisions regarding vehicle repairs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Recommend honest and ethical solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions.
