Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

L.K. Jordan & Associates is on the lookout for a dedicated *Customer Service Representative* to enhance our vibrant Client Service Department. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our clients through both incoming and outgoing communications. Your contribution will be essential in guaranteeing that our clients enjoy a smooth and rewarding experience with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch, professional, and friendly assistance to clients via phone interactions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by comprehending their business objectives and ensuring our services align with their needs.
  • Identify and swiftly resolve client concerns, minimizing any interruptions to their operations.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively guide clients and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Keep precise records of client communications using our CRM system.
  • Inform clients about product features, best practices, and available resources to enable effective usage of our offerings.
  • Collect client feedback and advocate for necessary enhancements to better serve their needs.
  • Follow assigned training and certification schedules to meet established standards.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or training is preferred, particularly in a contact center setting.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour
