Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
