Position Summary

The Performance & Culture Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support for various People & Culture initiatives. This role involves assisting the VP of Global Employee Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The following are the primary responsibilities of this role:

  • Performance and Culture Administration: Manage administrative aspects of recognition programs, organize data, and prepare presentations related to employee experiences.
  • Coordinate external employment awards, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain the content calendar for internal and external communication channels, ensuring professionalism in branding efforts.
  • Support the internal internship program through coordination and logistics.
Executive Support Duties

This role will also involve:

  • Managing the VP's schedule, including coordinating meetings and events.
  • Facilitating follow-up meetings and maintaining project plans.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
  • Conducting research on relevant topics and providing executive summaries.
Candidate Profile

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.

This position is part-time and does not include benefits.
